Before entering the Registration Portal you will be asked to either login with your personal My ECNP account or create your ECNP account first.

Group registration works on a voucher base. Group coordinators must read carefully the Group Registration Process before submitting group registration(s).
Group participants can activate their voucher code by logging into the above Registration Portal and click on ‘Voucher registration’.

Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 23% Portuguese VAT for in-person participants and 21% Dutch VAT for online participants. Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.

COVID-19 information
Please be aware that the congress venue (CCL) may apply measures and (temperature) checks aimed at minimising coronavirus transmission risks and can deny access to participants at its discretion.
ECNP is monitoring the COVID-19 situation regularly and is preparing for all contingencies, including, if needed, going virtual.
Depending on the Portuguese COVID-19 ruling applicable during the 34^th ECNP Congress Hybrid, 2-5 October 2021 in Lisbon, Portugal, the congress might have to implement a limit on the number of in-person participants.
In case the number of participants allowed in the venue is limited by these rulings the registrations will be handled by a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. In-person participants above the maximum number will be informed as soon as possible. Their registration will be transferred into an online registration and the difference between the fee will be refunded.
Should the congress go virtual and you are already registered and have paid an in-person fee, you will be eligible for a refund of the difference between what you have paid and the virtual registration fee. Should you as in-person participant decide to cancel the registration altogether we will waive the cancellation fee and give a full refund. For the online participants the fee will remain as paid.
